Designed, procured, and installed ASTM D-19 Type E-II semi-conductor ultrapure water system. This new system will provide 2,300 gallons of pure water per day of make-up, and a distribution capacity of thirty gallons per minute.

PuRODI's specialists specified and acquired a central vacuum system for the Neah Power facility. They also provided project managment support for clean room construction using wood and steel frame, and modular clean room technologies.

Standard maintenance procedures for Neah's equipment needs were developed. This equipment included a diffusion furnace, a waste neutralization system, wet benches, and a Reactive Ion-Etcher.
